Alert on offline players

If a player won't access our platform for more than 10 minutes, it will be considered as offline and the following will happen:

The status in the player details will become red with "offline" label.

An email will be sent to the user who created this player.

You can overwrite this behaviour globally - to all players in your account, or to a specific player.

To chnage this setting for all of your player, click on the profile icon.

In the popup, you can change the toggle to not send you any emails:

Alternatively, you can redirect the offline players alert to a different email, so you can either monitor this with a third party app, or send it directly to the resposible person.

Just click the email to change it.

You can also disable the alerts per a single player, if for any reason it is not desired to monitor its availablity.

Open the player setting popup:

Toggle the switch for this player:

It will only affect this player, whether you toggle it on or off.
